How long will it take to receive my box?

We typically ship within 2-3 business days. However, sometimes due to extremely high demand it can take upwards of 5-8 business days to ship.

When are Curated Boxes restocked?

Throughout the week (Monday through Thursday), we process our inventory to create the Curated Boxes. After the items are curated and the boxes are made, they are uploaded to the website for the big Friday drop - 6PM ET every Friday!

What is the difference between Repurpose Boxes & New Item Boxes?

Repurpose Boxes contain a mix of gently used, overstock, or donated items that are still in good condition and can be reused. They’re great for sustainable shopping and offer excellent value.
On the other hand, New Item Boxes include brand new products that are factory sealed with tag. These boxes are ideal if you're looking for items in brand new, fresh condition.
