It is the customers’ responsibility to schedule a pickup after purchase by contacting salvage@goggi.org. Wholesale pallets must be picked up within 7 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. If merchandise is not picked up within the allotted time of 7 business days, merchandise will be returned to inventory and counted as a donation to Gulfstream Goodwill Industries. 

We will not load passenger vehicles; a large truck, trailer, or loading vehicle is required for pick-up.  

Wholesale Cap & Hat gaylords are not eligible for refunds, partial refunds, or returns. Gaylords are sold AS IS, without exception. Wholesale Cap & Hat gaylords are primarily salvage goods. Returns on the basis of salvage condition will not be approved.
